Social media usage has skyrocketed in recent times, especially since after Coronavirus lockdown was imposed. Memes have become the most popular means to express one’s thoughts via humour, and almost anything and everything trending becomes fodder for memers to come up without hilarious memes. However, quite often, these memes tend to be crass and insensitive, and instead of making people laugh, end up hurting those it was aimed at. Now, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’s Sonu, Palak Sindhwani has blasted such meme pages that have been spreading hate.

There are numerous memes on the show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, as well as its characters, on social media. However, Palak Sindhwani lost her cool and blasted those meme pages that were spreading nonsense about her. She took to her Instagram stories and wrote, “To all you meme, faaltu hate spreading pages out there, first and last time I am warning you stop using my pictures, stop photoshopping my pictures, stop writing bulls**t about me. Stop spreading hatred when there's already so much going on in the world, if you don't like me, don't follow me, it's as simple as that but you have no right to insult me or spread nonsense about me.”

She further wrote that if she comes across any post that threatens to harm her dignity or destroys her mental peace, she warned that there will be consequences of the same. “Don't force me to take any such actions, which gonna harm your page or you. LOUD and CLEAR! ONCE and FOR ALL! STOP IT! Insaaniyat sikh lo yar, it's high time!” she wrote. Take a look:
