Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah which has been running more than a decade now is still one of the most-watched shows on television. The series shows social issues and concerns in a funny yet informative way. Having said that, with the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, the show is now focusing on the current scenario. In the recent episodes, we all got to see how BMC officials came to Gokuldham society for COVID-19 test after they found symptoms in Abdul. However, this time the show is focusing on the effects of staying at home during the lockdown. In the previous episode, we saw Jethalal expressing his concerns over his Gada Electronics shop due to the lockdown. To divert him from the tension, his father Champaklal asks him to indulge himself in household chores.
He then goes for grocery shopping and brings vegetables and other food items. After he gets those items in the house, he was asked to sanitise them by washing them. However, continuously worrying about his shop shut in the lockdown, Jethalal absent-mindedly washes bread along with vegetables which definitely would have ruined for sure. Amidst the Coronavirus pandemic, the Gokuldham society which has always been chatter and abuzz with laughter and joy was seen quiet and still. Everything came to a standstill with everyone inside their own house.
As the society members are thinking about how to spend time in the lockdown and while some are still working from home, Jethalal can't and hence, he did a blunder while doing household chores.
However, it is yet to be seen how Champaklal reacts to this error. Will he shout? Or find a solution to kill his tension. Stay tuned and watch this space for more updates.
