While we are still in mids of Ganesh festivities, yet another celebration is just around the corner, Teachers' Day will be celebrated tomorrow on September 5 in fond memory of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. Hence on that note, many television celebs opened up about their inspirational figures who are nothing less than teachers rather also institutes for them. Many young actors who share screen space with veteran actors in their respective shows consider them their teachers. Actors such as Rishina Kandhari, Roshni Walia, Siddharth Nigam, Simran Pareenja, Mudit Nayar, Avneet Kaur and many more.
Beginning with Ishaaron Ishaaron Mein actress Rishina Kandhari expresses how she considers co-actors Sudhir Pandey and Sulbha Arya her institute. She observes these veteran actors and learns from them on a day-to-day basis. Sudhir and Sulbha who have worked in films, TV shows, and theatres, keep on narrating stories of their experiences which come in handy and learning lessons for Kishina. Next one to follow the league is Roshni Walia who is hogging the headline for her new show Tara from Satara. She is truly inspired by Amita Khopkar for her down to earth attitude towards the newbies and for tremendous energy at this age. She further shared how they bonded well on the sets and have a lot of fun off-screen as well.
Actor Kiran Kamarkar has inspired actress Simran Pareenja with his chilled-out behaviour. The actress admires him for keeping his cool despite rigorous work schedule, a creative perspective towards things and solid hold over his diction.
Mudit Nayyar too observes Sudhir Pandey and Kiran Kamarkar for their acting prowess which helped them create a niche for themselves in the industry. Adding Sulbha also to the list he expressed how kindhearted she is and smoothly moulds according to her onscreen role. He too considers these three actors as his acting schools.
Siddharth Nigam who was seen in Aladdin Naam Toh Suna Hoga was elated to share his experience as he got a chance to work with Robin Das, who is one of the teachers at National School of Drama and even an actor. The actor learned from him the art of delivering dialogue, which has helped him a lot and let him sail through the industry smoothly.
Avneet Kaur who was fortunate enough to share screen space with Shilpa Shirodkar at the age of 10-11, thanked the actress for making her comfortable on the sets in the initial days of her career and for being kind. Lastly, actress Anusha Mishra of Tera Kya Hoga Alia learned from her mother Pratichi Mishra from the age of four. Appreciating her mother's craft, she credits her TV debut to her mother.
