Ranveer Singh, along with his Jayeshbhai Jordaar co-star Shalini Pandey, is all set to make an appearance on The Kapil Sharma Show to promote their upcoming film. As expected, the episode is going to be full of fun and entertaining. Kapil asked Ranveer about his wife Deepika Padukone's well being and the actor gave a hilarious reply.
The makers of TKSS shared a promo of the upcoming episode on Thursday. It showed the comedian asking Ranveer about Deepika. Archana then pulled his leg and told him to ask in a different tone, saying, "Bhabhi ji kaisi hain."
Ranveer, who is known to have a great sense of humour, responded, "10 saal se iski Deepu, Deepu main bhi dekh raha hu, isliye jab Kapil ki shadi hui thi, maine kaha, 'Baby, tu aur main saath chalenge'." The promo is captioned as, "Samjhe @kapilsharma, @ranveersingh aur @deepikapadukone aapki shaadi mein yunhi ek saath nahin aaye the! Dekhiye #TheKapilSharmaShow, iss Shani-Ravi raat 9:30 baje, sirf Sony par." In another promo, Ranveer lifted Kapil Sharma and Archana Puran Singh in his arms as soon as she arrived on stage. Given that Ranveer looked so energetic, Kapil cracked a joke saying that he could charge a cellphone by placing it on his palm. He added even Archana has a similar energy, saying, "neeche padi hai, thodi thodi leti rehti hain."
Talking about the film, Jayeshbhai Jordaar also stars Ratna Pathak Shah and Boman Irani. It is all set to be released on May 13.
