Sanket and Sugandha announced their engagement on Instagram. Sharing a beautiful picture from their dreamy photoshoot, Sugandha wrote, 'Forever @drrrsanket.' On the other hand, Sanket also shared a picture and captioned it saying, "Found my sunshine". Soon after the announcement, fans and followers of the couple congratulated them on the engagement.

She said, "It's more difficult for a good-looking girl to enter comedy, because such girls usually want to do acting first and look pretty. As a comedian you may have to look bad too, to justify your character, but good-looking girls often face this conflict... whether they should do it or not."
