TikTok Star Faisal Shaikh Apologises For Posting Video Inciting Communal Hatred, "Humara Irada Kisika Dil Dukhana Ya Unka Apmaan Karna Nahi Tha"
TikTok star Faisal Khan and his group 07 landed into big trouble after Shiv Sena activist Ramesh Solanki filed a complaint against them for allegedly circulating a video related to the mob lynching of Tabrez Ansari in Jharkhand.

The police also said that they viewed the clip and after the content was found to have the potential to promote communal violence, a First Information Report (FIR) was registered. Taking note, the video-sharing app by ByteDance, TikTok, has suspended the popular account and removed the clip from its application calling it "a violation of their community guidelines."


Meanwhile, a case has been registered under sections 153(A) and 34 of Indian Penal code (IPC) and relevant sections of Information Technology Act (ITA) at LT Marg Police station. A probe into the matter is underway.

The member of the group- Faisal Shaikh aka Faisu, Faiz Baloch, Hasnain Khan, Sadhan Faroqui, Adnan Shaikh have a combined follower strength of 4 Crore people. According to report, the five TikTok users shot a video and posted it online. The clip within hours went viral. The video was later posted to Twitter where it received criticism for being a hate speech.


And now the team has not just deleted the video but Faisu has also rendered an apology on social media.


In his apology he wrote, "We would like to apologize sincerely if any people have felt hurt by our video. Humara iraada kisika dil dukhana, yaa apmaan, karna nahi tha. Hamne video nikal diya hai. Jai Hind!" He posted the message with a caption, “Insaaf toh sirf Allah ki adalat mai hota hai. . . . . . log toh sirf zaleel karte hai . . . Waqt jab insaaf karta hai to , na saboot ki zaroorat padhti hai aur na gawahon ki. . . . . . jab nuamlat tumhari pohnch se bahir nikla jaye to ALLAH pe chor do woh sab kuch aesa kare ga k tum kabhi soch nahi sakte .................... AUr hindu mat soche k aesa karne se muslaman darr jayenge hum sirf aik hi zaat se darte hai aur woh ALLAH ki zaat hai aur woh hamare sath hai hume us pe pura yakeen hai woh jo kare ga behtar kare ga................. ALLAH pak jab madad karta hai to la maloom aesa sabab bana deta hai k na hona bhi hona ho jata hai ...”
