Good news for fans of TV actor Shamata Anchan as she has got married to her beau Gaurav Verma and here's what the happy bride has to say
Actor Shamata Anchan, who was last seen in Rajnikaanth's 'Darbar', popularly known as Anjali Shekhawat from 'Everest' got married recently with her beau Gaurav Verma. The couple who dated for almost a year, got hitched on February 8 in a cultural mix of South and North traditions.
The two tied the knot in an intimate ceremony involving close friends and family. Shamata and Gaurav both wanted to keep the wedding low profile and a private affair and hence didn’t let a lot of people know about the nuptials. Her co-stars from show Everest, Rohan Gandotra and Sahil Salathia also attended the wedding.
Shamata and Gaurav have been together for almost a year. After being together for a year or so, both of them felt it was the right time to take the plunge. It was a beautiful wedding consisting of northern and southern customs. We get you some pictures from the wedding which are breathtaking;
Talking about her marriage, Shamata says "After a year of being together, we knew we wanted to spend the rest of our lives with each other. I’m in a really happy space personally and professionally and the new year has started on a beautiful note," she smiles.
The couple will soon be flying off to Maldives for their honeymoon. We wish the newly married couple a happy life ahead.
