He has played Lord Krishna on the small screen and now TV star Vishal Karwal will play Lord Ram and lock horns with Ravan, played by Mukesh Rishi, at the famous Red Fort Ramlila
If you are heading to watch the retelling of Ramayan at Delhi’s Red Fort this year, you will see a familiar face playing Lord Ram.
Vishal Karwal Will Play The Role Of Lord Ram
It is none other than TV star Vishal Karwal, who will be making his stage debut. The actor who got his start with the reality TV show Roadies, then went on to play Lord Krishna in Dwarkadheesh: Bhagwaan Shree Krishn and Nagarjun: Ek Yoddha and then essayed Lord Vishnu in the TV show Paramavatar Shri Krishna.
Mukesh Rishi Will Play The Role Of Ravan
And in the Ram-Ravan fight, Vishal will lock horns with Bollywood actor Mukesh Rishi, who will play his ten-headed nemesis. Bhojpuri actress Shubhi Sharma will play Sita.

Vishal will leave for Delhi on the 16th and practice for four days before starting the ten-day-long performance on the 20th of this month.
The performance culminates on Dussehra when Lord Ram finally defeats Ravan.
