Udit Narayan Reveals He Wants Son 'Aditya To Marry Neha Kakkar' But He’s Focused On His Career Instead

The whole Aditya Narayan – Neha Kakkar marriage fiasco finally came to an end with a conclusion that it was just a TRP gimmick for their show Indian Idol 11. The news, in fact, was confirmed by Aditya’s father and veteran singer Udit Narayan himself, though he wished those rumours to be true. Now, in a recent interview with TellyChakkar, Udit revealed how he used to tease son Aditya with Neha’s name and also wanted them to marry but he insisted on focusing on his career instead.
In his interview, the singer stated how Aditya ignores his wish of him getting married to Neha, who is an extremely popular singer in today’s time and is doing great in her career. He said, “You won’t believe I keep teasing Aditya with Neha and I have told him to marry her. But, he ignores me and says he wants to focus on his career. Neha is a top singer in today’s time and is doing really well for herself.”
Neha, on the other hand, had spilt the beans on Aditya’s marriage but not with her. She revealed how the singer is going to marry his girlfriend sometime this year. “Aditya is a very beautiful person. He has a heart of gold and I am really happy to share that my dear friend is getting married this year with his long-time girlfriend. I wish him all the happiness and many years of togetherness." Well, this indeed came as a shocker for everyone.
Meanwhile, Udit had gone onto reveal how Neha and Aditya marriage was a setup. “Aditya is our only son. We’re waiting for him to get married. If these wedding rumours were true, my wife and I would be the happiest parents in the world. But Aditya has not shared this with us. I suspect this link-up and marriage rumours with Neha are just to boost the TRPs of Indian Idol where she’s a judge and my son is the anchor. I wish the marriage rumours were true. Neha is a wonderful girl. We’d love to have as our Bahu,” said the singer.
