Vahbiz Dorabjee, who was close to Gagan, expressed her grief over his sudden demise and said, "I have no words to describe how I am feeling right now. Gagan and I were gym buddies and would often spend time. He was such a good soul and very helpful. In fact, I saw him two days before he passed away. He was in his car. I never knew that this would be the last time I would see him. May god give strength to his family and may his soul rest in peace.”


Ssharad Malhotra

Ssharad Malhotra recalled how he and Gagan would go for kick- boxing together. "We used to practice kick-boxing under the guidance of Kaushal Moses three years ago. He was dedicated towards his craft. I am still reeling under the shock of his sudden death. This just makes me realise that life is so unpredictable and we need to live each moment to the fullest," Ssharad stated.


Mrunal Jain

Fitness connected Mrunal Jain to Gagan as well. “We knew each other and would often work out together. I still can't come to terms with what has happened. I cannot even begin to imagine what his family must be going through," he said.

To talk of the incident, the actors were returning from shooting in Umbergaon when tragedy struck. The incident took place on Manor highway around 11.45 am on Saturday. The driver along with Gagan and Arjit lost their lives on the spot.
