Waiting For Rubina-Sana-Kanchi-Divya To Groove In Nach Baliye 9? Sorry, Team Salman Khan And Star Plus NOT Ready! Show On Hold!
Dissapointing you if you were waiting for Nach Baliye 9. The show is not happening, anytime very soon- not at least till July. Team Salman Khan and Star Plus has not yet finalised the jodis! Ji haan, that's right!
Don't put on your dancing shoes, yet. Whisper has it that Team Salman Khan is still not ready to execute Nach Baliye 9, though they aren't telling you that. Ditto for Team Deepak Dhar, who is his close friend and partnering him on this ambitious venture. Also, Star Plus (broadcaster) has not been able to tie up the loose ends in time. In fact, Dhar was not admitting it even this evening when we sent him a categorical text spelling out our query, not that he denied it- mum's the word. So, what exactly has our top source told us in our ear softly?
Well, Team Bani Jay (led by Dhar) and Team Salman Khan Productions (managed by Sohail Khan when it comes to TV) both have not completed the pre-production, which largely involves having Jodis on board. Yes, the ninth upcoming season of Nach Baliye is not ready with its list of Jodis, in fact far from it.

Clearly, the deals have not gone through for some reason--- either the makers did not complete the modalities or the 'approached' contestants began going back and forth.

Toh ab? Ab kya! When the stage is not ready, how can anybody dance on it? Nach Baliye 9 goes at the back-burner, and we hear, the new plan is to roll it out mostly in July. Nach Baliye 9 was originally supposed to replace The Voice India, also produced by Bani Jay. The Voice India, which has not done too well and is anyway approaching culmination in May, will now therefore have to be replaced by some other show--- which perhaps Star Plus must be consequently running a bit of a race against time on.
