Now, we have the plot for one of the episodes which will showcase the two friends drifting apart. Yes, you read that right!

At the moment, the show tracks a rich Advay Singh Raizada (Barun Sobti) moving to Mumbai with wife Chandni (Shivani Tomar) to live with family. In days to come, he will buy a property owned by good friend Shivaay Singh Oberoi (Nakuul Mehta), thus creating a rift between them. In response, Shivaay will challenge Advay that he will win his house back.
Meanwhile, recently, Barun, in an exclusive interview with SpotboyE.com, had spoken about Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon receiving mixed reviews from the audience. He had said, “The point is not to compete with the first season but to make a good show. And every show takes its own time to setup and I am sure we will do well in the future.”

He went to talk about the reason behind staying away from social media despite having a huge fan following. “I think I lack the ability to handle all such platforms. And so do a lot of people but they are still on social media. But I would rather not do if I can't do it well,” he confessed adding that his wife is not bothered by the attention that comes with the profession, in fact, she loves it.
Coming back to the integration episode, will the step to turn friends to foes work in favour of Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 3? Well, time will tell.
