Produced by Rajan Shahi, Star Plus’ show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been running successfully for almost 15 years now. Starring Samridhii Shukla, Shehzada Dhami, Pratiksha Homnukhe, and Shivam Khajuria in pivotal roles, the show is one of the most-watched shows that often tops the weekly TRP charts. Today’s episode starts with Suwarna asking Manish who he was thinking about. He tells her about how he has been wondering why Ruhi doesn’t want to return to the Goenka house. As Suwarna pacifies him, the manager of the restaurant asks about where their singer Abhir is.

Manish gets nostalgic and asks the manager who he is talking about. The manager tells him Abhir, their singer. Manish asks the manager if they can meet Abhir. A guy comes there, drunk, and falls down. Manish holds Suwarna after she stumbles. The manager scolds Abhir and throws him out. Suwarna pacifies Manish and tells him that the drunk guy couldn’t have been their Abhir as his parents raised him better. Manish misses all his children. 


Back at the Poddar house, everyone congratulates and celebrates with Abhira. Sanjay tells Kaveri that she has lost her hold on the family. Kaveri no one will ever dare to cute her kite. As everyone is busy celebrating, Charu goes to talk to someone and thanks them for the internship offer. Ruhi praises Abhira for being strong and career-oriented. Armaan too praises Abhira and explains how she has all the qualities that someone looks for in their life partner. He goes on to point out how they have different priorities and they always fight, and have no understanding or respect for each other. Armaan tells Ruhi that even though Abhira is his present, she will never be his future. 

Abhira gets frustrated as girls from her college start calling her to get Armaan's number. Ruhi tells her to have more patience and not insult Armaan. She advices Abhira to show maturity. Abhira sees Armaan and Ruhi cooking noodles and goes from there. As Armaan brings the bowl of noodles for Abhira, she lasts him. She tells him that even if he is joking about her incompatibility his family members do not take it as a joke and always come to tell her about it. Abhira expresses how she feels hurt about it and that she feels like a villain. The next morning Armaan helps Abhira get ready. 

In the upcoming episode, Abhira drives an auto to reach Armaan’s office to give him his tiffin and go for her interview. Ruhi reaches after her and tells Armaan that she will always comes second.
