Produced by Rajan Shahi, Star Plus’ show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been running successfully for almost 15 years now. Starring Samridhii Shukla, Shehzada Dhami and many more in pivotal roles, the show is one of the most-watched shows that often tops the weekly TRP charts. In the last few episodes, it was seen how after Abhimanyu and Abhir’s deaths Akshara restarts her life in Mussoorie with her and Abhinav’s daughter Abhira. It was also seen that Dadisaa slams Armaan and talks ill about his birth mother, leaving him devastated.

Today’s episode starts with Armaan taking a diya from Dadisaa and keeps it while praying to meet Ruhi. Everyone bursts crackers and Armaan asks Rohit to give him the chit with Ruhi’s number. After Armaan goes, Vidya comes there and asks Rohit if he met Ruhi while at the Goenka’s. He goes silent and starts blushing. Dadi witnesses the same and she gets excited with Vidya. On the other hand, Yuvraaj kidnaps Abhira while she is celebrating Diwali. Ruhi and Armaan meet at the temple and she gets angry at him. They talk about their feelings and confess to each other. Yuvraaj forcefully asks Abhira to choose a ring, but she refuses to do so. He threatens her. On the other hand, the Poddars come to the Goenkas house with Rohit’s marriage proposal for Ruhi. As Vidya talks to Manish about how they are perfect for each other, Ruhi and Armaan walk hand-in-hand. They promise each other the world. As the episode comes to an end, Akshara lashes out at Yuvraaj and takes Abhira from there, which leaves the father-son duo furious.
