Produced by Rajan Shahi, Star Plus’ show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been running successfully for almost 15 years now. Starring Samridhii Shukla, Shehzada Dhami, Pratiksha Homnukhe, and Shivam Khajuria in pivotal roles, the show is one of the most-watched shows that often tops the weekly TRP charts. Today’s episode starts with Armaan telling the family that Ruhi knew that his marriage with Abhira was just a one-year contract. His confession leaves everyone shocked. Armaan tells his family that he was helpless. Dadi comes out of her shock and Abhira. She blames Abhira and states that she is not a suitable bride for the Poddar house. Kaveri declares that she will remove Abhira from Armaan’s life and the house. Armaan’s imagination ends there.

Abhira takes a stand for Armaan and tells Dadi that Ruhi was upset about the party and the picnic confusion. She reveals that Armaan didn’t like that and decided to defend her. Dadi gets angry as she speaks without being spoken to and tells her to get out of her sight. As Abhira runs away, Dadi scolds Armaan. He promises that he will bring Ruhi back. Dadi tells him that he will not eat food with them until Ruhi returns. Armaan comes to the room and overhears Abhira arguing with her classmate. He tells Abhira that he will help her decode the notes. Armaan tells her that they will be having food together today. When she questions why, he tells that Dadisa has told him that he cannot have food with them until Ruhi returns. As Armaan turns to eat the food, he realises that he forgot to bring spoons. Abhira tells him not to worry and shows him , her mini kitchen so that she will be less of a bother for the people of the Poddar house. She reassures him that she bought all the stuff and didn’t steal it. Armaan gets emotional seeing this and hugs her. He regrets seeing bringing Abhira food as a duty and never though about how she might be feeling lonely in his house. As Ruhi spends time with her family, she starts eagerly waiting for Armaan’s phone call which will eventually prove that she is more important to him than Abhira. As the episode comes to an end Madhav and Vidya fight as he tells her that he regrets trying to take a step towards mending their relationship. Sanjay and Dadi talk abd about Abhira and praise Ruhi. In the upcoming episode, Armaan reaches the Goenka house to talk to Ruhi. She sees him and gets happy. Abhira calls him and asks where the headache medicine is. As Armaan reaches the Poddar house, he finds Abhira crying. She shows him Yuvraaj’s photo and tells him that he is in Udaipur.
