HIT OR FLOP: Anupamaa Remains Undefeated, Yeh Hai Chahatein Slips Down On The TRP Charts
Here’s a quick round-up of the TV shows' TRP rating as per BARC
TRP reports for week 38 are out and it comes as no surprise, as Rupali Ganguly, Gaurav Khanna-starrer Anupamaa has remained undefeated in this week as well. Continuing to be on the number 1 spot, the show has won the hearts of the audience with a bond being formed between Gaurav Khanna aka Anuj Kapadia and Rupali Ganguly aka Anupamaa, leaving Sudhanshu Pandey aka Vanraj jealous. The show has recorded 4.2 million impressions which is nothing less than setting a new benchmark.
Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is now the second spot with 3.4 million impressions. Starring Neil Bhatt, Ayesha Singh and Aishwarya Sharma, the show is garnering attention for growing misunderstanding between Virat and Sayi played by Neil and Ayesha respectively. Also adding a twist to the show is Samrat’s entry, a character played by Yogendra Vikram Singh.
Udaariyaan speeds up from the fifth rank to the third rank with 2.9 million impressions. A debut production venture of Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta, Udaariyaan is a story of a small village in Punjab showcasing two sisters Jasmine and Tejo played by Isha Malviya and Priyanka Choudhary.
Imlie starring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Gashmeer Mahajani has recorded 2.6 million impressions. The show which has been entertaining the audience with a love triangle among the three characters- Imlie, Aditya and Malini, seems like the fans are not happy with its ongoing courtroom drama plot.
On the fifth spot is Yeh Hai Chahatein starring Sargun Kaur Luthra and Abrar Qazi slipping down from the third rank. The show has registered 2.5 million impressions.
