HIT OR FLOP: Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2, Naagin 3, Kaun Banega Crorepati 10, Bigg Boss 12?

Last week, Erica
Fernandes and Parth Samthaan starrer Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 just about managed
to secure a spot in Top 10. Just when we thought that the show will ascend from
thereon, comes a shocking piece of information – Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 has
been ousted from Top 10 in Week 40 (September 29-October 5). The show stood at
the 16th position, a huge drop from its position in Week 39. A while ago,
we had told you that it’shigh time the makers pull up their socks and introduce
elements that help lure audience towards the show.
Bigg Boss 12
failed to make it to Top 10 yet again. This time, the Weekend Ka Vaar episode
dropped to as low as the 20th spot. Clearly, fans have failed to warm up
to this season and we hope, the production house is making note of the
developments. Furthermore, Naagin 3 continued its winning run and was the
most-watched show in the said week. Kundali Bhagya stood at No.3. We bet, Team
Kaun Banega Crorepati must be smiling from ear to ear, because it shot from 7
to 3 this week. Goes without saying, the season’s first crorepati – Binita Jain
– made sure that viewers tuned in. Binita, a teacher, hails from Assam and took
home Rs 1 crore.

Up next, Yeh
Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala grabbed the 4th and 5th spots
respectively. The two shows have been consistent in the merit list. Good going!
Star Bharat’s Radha Krishna is the new entrant in the coveted list. The Sumedh
Mudgalkar and Mallika Singh starrer tells the epic tale of Lord Krishna and
Radha.
Finally, Indian
Idol made an appearance in Top 10 after many a moon. It acquired the 7th spot,
