HIT OR FLOP: Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2, Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Patiala Babes?
Ekta Kapoor can definitely celebrate for Week 17. The top four slots in the coveted list belong to her- Kumkum Bhagya, Naagin 3, Kundali Bhagya and Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. Better performance than even last week, where I said she can go and party!
Hurts to see good content like Ladies Special and Patiala Babes being not devoured by TV watchers. Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has barely got into the Top 10 list after being out for 3 full weeks; isn't it high time Asit Modi took a call on Dayaben and Sonu? While Disha Vakani has contacted Modi few days back and expressed her interest of returning to where she belonged, Modi has yet to get back to her as he's currently holidaying in London with his kids. Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega se naa ho paaya this week, hanging on at No 10 last week it has now fallen over. Shaheer Sheikh's Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke is gaining grounds but, yet to make it amongst the first them.
But Ekta Kapoor can definitely celebrate for Week 17. The top four slots in the coveted list belong to her- Kumkum Bhagya, Naagin 3, Kundali Bhagya and Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. Better performance than even last week, where I said she can go and party. Last Thursday, the top 2 slots were shows from Balaji stable and now the TV Czarina just doubled her success. Naagin 3 has shown considerable improvement. It had slipped quite a bit but slowly climbed up again. On No 5 last week, it closed on No 2.
Particularly impressed with Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. With the entry of Mr Bajaj now soon (Karan Wahi), we should see a further push-up in its numbers. Hina Khan is quite excited by the fact that Kasautii has now become the No 1 show on Star Plus; she put it out on social media--- and think of it, why not?
Rajan Shahi has something to worry about. Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has dropped from 3 to 6. Even Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala which had reached the No.1 slot in Week --- it's now tottering on 5, last week it was on 4. Tujhse Hai Raabta has fallen from 7 to 9.
Super Dancer 3 climbed up from 8 to 7 but frankly, that's nothing to shout about.
