EXCLUSIVE! Bigg Boss 16: Gautam Vig Decides To Follow Sidharth Shukla’s Footsteps, Says, I Will Stay True To Myself, Will Take Stand For Right Things’
While talking to SpotboyE, Gautam Vig of ‘Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2’ states that just like Sidharth Shukla, he would try to be real on Bigg Boss 16!
‘Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2’ fame Gautam Vig is one of the contestants on Salman Khan-hosted reality show 'Bigg Boss 16'. As this is his first reality show, the actor will leave no chance to entertain his fans with his stint in the house. Before entering the BB16 house, Gautam shared with SpotboyE that he will be following in the footstep of his favourite contestants late Sidharth Shukla and Asim Riaz who they believed were real on the show. Vig stated that he would try to stay true to himself as much as he can.
The Naamkarann actor shared, “I have watched a few episodes of Bigg Boss season 13. I really liked how Sidharth and Asim played the game. They were my favourite contestants as they were very real on the show and took a stand for the right things. So that’s what I am going to do it. Jo sahi hai vo sahi hai, jo galat hai vo galat hai. Jab aap real rehte ho aap ko pta hai aap kya krte ho. Then it does not matter if people cornered you or not, it does not matter how others will react. I am going to take my own stand. When asked about sharing the stage with charismatic Salman, Gautam mentioned he shares a special bond with Dabangg Khan. “I share a very special bond with Salman sir. When I entered the industry he was the first celebrity I worked with. I really admire his persona and everything he does, so it was a special feeling to shoot a promo with him,” he shared.”
Furthermore, Gautam clarified that he would not go to any lows to be in the house as he feels there is a life after Bigg Boss 16. The actor explained, “people have loved me for staying true to myself. After Bigg Boss, there is life too so I will try to stay real as much as I can.”
Meanwhile, on the second day, Gautam Vig got into a massive fight with rapper MC Stan after the actor told him not to show attitude. Both indulged in a war of words. Vig also made a stunning appearance on the grand premier night with Salman introducing him as Hrithik Roshan of the Television Industry.
