Ravi Dubey-Sargun Mehta On Their Lockdown Life, Shooting Toxic At Home And Their Chemistry- EXCLUSIVE
Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta were with us for a video chat. The couple started the interview by sharing their lockdown routine. "Our bedroom's AC is not working and we don't like sleeping in any other room. So Ravi gets the mattress and cushions in the hall regularly and keep it back in the morning. Kitchen duties are being solely handled by me. I can't cook normal Daal Chawal, so, I make Butter chicken, Paneer Butter masala, Pasta," said Sargun, to which Ravi added, "So, I have no complaints as I have discovered my wife is a genius cook."

The couple also spoke about their song, Toxic which is composed by Badshah and Payal Dev. "We have got some amazing reactions but the people who know us closely are not happy to see us fighting in the song as they haven't seen us fight anytime.

Sargun shared an interesting experience, "One day while shooting for the song, we actually got into an argument because Ravi is a perfectionist and as you all know he has shot the entire song on a phone at our home. So, in wide shots, he could see cups, towels, glasses and used to keep saying, yeh hatao, woh hatao. And I used to tell him that this is an actual home, not some set. Actually, for the song we only had to style ourselves, do the makeup and then be the spot boy too. If you do so many things together, you will definitely get irritated. Ravi cheekily added, "Yeah, it's an aatm nirbhar video."

The duo also added that filming the fighting sequence was awkward as they barely fight and fans are also used to seeing the PDA all the time.

Ravi added, "It's a Badshah and Payal song after their hit number Genda Phool, stars Sargun in it, so I couldn't take it lightly. We are in lockdown but that can't be an excuse, if I have to create something which has such names involved. So I gave my best in all aspects without any technical equipment or help."

We also asked them if they ever get jealous seeing their partner romancing someone else on screen and their answers simply made our day. Click the video above to watch the couple's entertaining interview.
