After tickling our laughter bones on the small screen, Sunil has now ventured into the big world of cinema! He is set for his first main lead Bollywood film Coffee With D! The film is directed by Vishal Mishra and Sunil plays a Senior News Editor, Arnab in the film.
He has earlier played roles in films like Gabbar Is Back with Akshay Kumar, where he played constable Sadhuram’s role. His performance in the film was much appreciated. He has also worked in Aamir Khan’s Ghajini. Sunil was last seen on the big screen in the Tiger Shroff-starrer Baaghi. He played P.P Khurana’s character in the film.
Sunil became immensely popular for his character, Gutthi, in the show- Comedy Nights With Kapil on Colors. He left the popular show midway to start his own show along with Manish Paul on Star Plus, titled Mad In India. However, that went off air and he again got back to Kapil’s show as the father-in-law to the show’s lead Kapil Sharma. Currently he is a part of The Kapil Sharma Show aired on Sony TV, where his characters ‘Dr. Mashoor Gulati’ and ‘Rinku Bhabhi’ have become very famous.
And now he is all set to entertain you on the big screen with Coffee With D.
