International Breastfeeding Week got many Bollywood divas opening up about their experiences, importance and encountering roadblocks in the life towards breastfeeding. Now beauty queen Shayoon Mendeluk, South Asian Model breastfeeding her son, Ayaah out in open has become a talking point. The model-beauty queen's Instagram is flooded with pictures of her breastfeeding in public defying all the baseless rules set by society.
From her day-to-day casual activities to shooting for glamorous photoshoots for the magazine, the diva doesn't shy off to breast her son, making it a normal phenomenon for new mothers. One such instance was when she posed for the shutterbugs in hot blazing Sahara Desert with her son, breastfeeding him. Sharing the image, she wrote, "I took my baby deep into The Sahara Desert to camp under the stars, play drums with the Berbers around a fire, take rides on the beautiful camels at sunrise and sunset and most of all give him a small taste of the majestic continent of Africa that his mamma comes from. Dream big my angel. I love you and our adventures. ."
Besides being the beauty queen, she has also penned a book, titled Wake Up, A Quick Guide To Getting Your Spirit Together. Her Influential Instagram post has got her featured on the Voice Magazine’s cover twice so far. On the last leg of International Breastfeeding Week, she thanked her son who turned 18 months for this opportunity in her Instagram post, posing in a pool as she feeds her son.
