Bigg Boss OTT 3 Winner Sana Makbul HOSPITALISED In Mumbai Due To Grave Health Condition, Close Friend Shares A Pic
Sana Makbul, the winner of Bigg Boss OTT 3, has been hospitalised in Mumbai as she battles a serious health condition. The news comes shortly after she celebrated Eid on June 7. A close friend, Dr. Aashna Kanchwala, shared an emotional post on social media, revealing Sana's critical health status.

In the Instagram story, Dr. Aashna shared a picture of Sana lying on a hospital bed and wrote, "My strongest Diva… I am always standing by you. Inshallah, you will fight this and come out even stronger… Allah is with you..." This post has sparked concern among Sana’s fans and well-wishers, who are sending prayers for her speedy recovery.

Just days earlier, Sana had revealed that she has been suffering from autoimmune hepatitis, a rare and serious condition where the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks the liver. She first received the diagnosis back in 2020 but only recently made it public. In a podcast interview in March 2024, she detailed her journey, sharing that her condition is similar to what actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu had also battled.

Sana disclosed that she manages her illness through a strict vegan diet and a course of medications including steroids and immunosuppressants. Despite treatment, her health has remained unpredictable, with frequent ups and downs. Speaking candidly on the podcast, she said, "It’s still not clear whether it can be completely cured."

The current hospitalisation appears to be due to a severe flare-up of the autoimmune disease. Fans and followers continue to hope for her recovery as no official medical statement has been released yet. With close friends rallying around her and sending positive energy, Sana is believed to be fighting hard in the face of this health battle.
