Looks like Donald Trump was in great spirits and in a mood to celebrate after he was acquitted of charges in his impeachment trial. On Wednesday, the President of the United States was acquitted on both of his impeachment articles- abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. The next day, that is, on February 6, Donald Trump spoke about his victory in the East Room of the White House. Pictures from that day have surfed on the Internet and while Donald Trump seems pretty excited, it looks like First Lady Melania Trump did not return the sentiments.

In pictures clicked at the White House on February 6, we can see Donald Trump helping Melania on stage and puckered his lips for a kiss. As he leaned in, Melania Trump turned her cheek and brushed off the kiss. The kiss eventually landed on her cheek. That must have been a very awkward and uncomfortable moment for everyone present there. Donald Trump, in his speech, also mentioned Ivanka and Baron and said, “I want to apologize to my family for having them have to go through a phony, rotten deal by some very evil and sick people. And Ivanka is here, and my sons, and my whole family. And that includes Barron. He’s up there, he’s a young boy. Stand up, honey. Ivanka, thank you, honey.”
