Former Bigg Boss Contestant Yashika Aannand’s Luxury Car Hits A Swiggy Delivery Boy Causing Him Severe Injuries: Actress Defends Herself
Former Bigg Boss contestant Yashika Aannand has got involved in a controversy after her luxury car rammed into a delivery boy, who then got severely injured. After which, reports claimed that she escaped in a cab; here’s how the actor reacted!
Yashika Aannand, who was among one of the contestants in the previous season of Bigg Boss Tamil, has now made it to the headlines for all the wrong reasons. The actress has embroiled herself into a controversy after her luxury car rammed into a Swiggy delivery boy, whose name is Bharath, causing him some severe injuries. Reportedly, the Yashika was travelling with her friends in Chennai during the time of the accident. They further added that the actress had consumed alcohol before the incident took place.
As per the reports, Yashika took a cab right after the incident, in order to escape. However, this hasn’t gone down well with the Iruttu Araiyil Murattu Kutthu actress, as she lashed out at the rumours through her social media. “I don’t understand how just for the name of humanity, I got down from the car (regardless of how many people know me and how many risks could be there) and ran to see what had happened to the car which met with an accident last night. To see if they’re fine and if there’s any help,” read her Instagram story.

She added, “And what I see (referring to reports) is I ran out from the car and went of in the cab to escape this. OMG let me tell you I was there until they took the driver and the co-passenger of the car to the station! I was right there to see what’s happening as a witness and not as an escaper. I don’t think the police here is very easy to fool, and they wouldn’t even question me anything. They knew I was there to see what’s happening. And until then, I hear people say it’s her car and she was driving and blah blah.”
The police officials have begun with the investigation on this matter.
