Indian cricketers Hardik Pandya and Krunal Pandya lost their father Himanshu Pandya on Saturday. The cricketer’s father suffered a cardiac arrest. Reportedly, he couldn’t be revived. Soon after the news made it to the headlines, Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli, Sachin Tendulkar, Irrfan Pathan and others from the sports fraternity offered their condolences to the bereaved family. A day after Senior Pandya’s sudden demise, Hardik Pandya shared pictures with his daddy, and penned a long emotional note, remembering him.
On Instagram, Hardik Pandya shared a string of pictures of him with his father. He also shared single pictures with his late dad. In the post’s caption, Hardik wrote a note for his dad. The note reads, “To My Daddy and my Hero, To lose you is one of the most difficult things to accept in life but you have left us so many great memories that we can only imagine you smiling!” Hardik mentioned that to lose his father is one of the most difficult things to accept in life for him. He added that his father left his family with many memories and mentioned that they can only imagine him smiling. Hardik said that his brothers and he are that all they are today, only because of their father’s hard work, self belief and happiness. The cricketer added that the house would be less entertaining without his father. He said that he is proud of the way his father lived. Pandya concluded saying, “Now rest in peace my king. I will miss you everyday of my life. Love you daddddy!”
