When most of the Bollywood divas go all out and about to bring out the perfect body, there is actor Natasa Stankovic who believes in easy breezy workout and yoga. In fact, post-delivery, mothers tend to gain pregnancy weight, however, it was quite different for Natasa who did not gain many extra kilos after giving birth to little Agastya who is now 7 months old. She is often seen flaunting her perfect physique but also maintains her body by doing some workout. This time around, she was seen doing some good stretching after an intense workout.
She recently took to her Instagram account to share an IGTV, showing her fans and followers how to do good stretching. In the video, she is captured doing various yoga poses which are not only simple but also look quite effective. She captioned the video with, “Good stretch after an intense workout.” Netizens found it pretty helpful as one commented, “Superb & Motivating and I learned some good stretches too. Thanks.” While another one said that it is a “Pro-level stretch”. There was another one who called Natasa 'the Santoor mom.' LoL.
Earlier, Natasa had shared a boomerang video where she was seen flaunting her toned body along with revealing her secret on her weight loss. She said that she doesn't believe in heavy training and gym. Because of good genes and healthy food, it helped her to maintain a good physique.
