The Persian kitten and Internet’s obsession, Lil Bub passed away at the age of 8. Her owner revealed the sad news on Monday. Recently, the owner of the cat took to his Instagram account and notified its followers about the sad news. In his caption, he said Lil Bub, on Saturday unexpectedly passed away peacefully in her sleep

Recently, we got to know that the Internet’s most beloved feline celebrity, Lil Bub passed away at the age of 8. The owner of the cat took to his Instagram account and notified its followers about the sad news. In his caption, he said Lil Bub, on Saturday unexpectedly passed away peacefully in her sleep. The Persian kitten was battling a persistent and aggressive bone infection.
By sharing the new to the followers, he even posted a heart-warming picture of Lil Bub from June 11, 2011, to December 1, 2019. While sharing the picture, he also shared a very long note about his moments with the cat and about the incident that happened with his cat who was the purest, kindest and most magical living force on our planet. The note starts with saying, “This is my first photo with BUB next our last photo together.” In his caption, he also mentioned how Lil Bub brought him and his wife Stacy together and that she was the reason that they had beautiful children Rosco and Lula.
Apart from telling us Lil Bub’s significance in his life, he also mentioned how she helped the animal and human welfare as she was the one who started the first national fund for special needs pets, she was the subject of groundbreaking genetic and biological research, she's helped raise over $700,000 for animals in need, and has spread a message of determination, positivity, and perseverance to people all over the world, his caption read.
We are surely going to miss his big innocent eyes and that droopy tongue as she was the one who acted like our stress busters and we are sure we can’t get over our little Bub.
