Actor Sophie Turner has given birth to her second child, a daughter, with her husband and singer Joe Jonas. The latest good news was confirmed by their representatives, as reported by PEOPLE. The couple welcomed their first baby together, daughter Willa, in July 2020.
“Joe and Sophie are happy to announce the arrival of their baby girl,” they said.
Hollywood’s It-couple confirmed their second pregnancy in an interview in May, when she discussed it for the first time. Weeks later, Sophie and Joe were seen at the 2022 Met Gala red carpet where the actor was spotted with her baby bump.
Interestingly, Sophie gave glimpses of her baby bump during multiple outings in 2022.
Sophie and Joe's second baby is the latest addition to the Jonas family. While recently, Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra welcomed their first child together, a baby girl who was named Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, in January via surrogacy, while Kevin Jonas and his wife Danielle Jonas have two daughters of their own – Alena and Valentina.
The Game of Thrones actress, 26, confirmed that she and her husband, 32, were expecting their second child together in an interview with Elle UK published in early May.
In a recent interaction with PEOPLE, Joe said, "It's what life is about for me – raising the next generation”. He continued, "The greatest thing in life is seeing my daughter go from strength to strength. We're so excited to be expanding the family. It's the best blessing ever."
Jonas and Turner tied the knot in a surprise Las Vegas ceremony in May 2019 before saying "I do" again at a larger celebration in France the following month.
