Bengali actress and member of Parliament, Nusrat Jahan is quite vocal and never stands back when she has to raise her voice against something wrong. The actress is known for her fearless attitude and handles online trolls very well too, giving it back with full power. On the personal front, Nusrat made it to the headlines last year when she tied the knot with Nikhil Jain. According to the latest reports, there is trouble in their paradise. So, Nusrat Jahan has now reacted to the reports suggesting that her marriage with Jain is going through a rough patch.
In the past few days, rumours are rife that the MP is getting closer to her SOS Kolkata co-star Yash Dasgupta. Reportedly, the actors also went on a trip to Rajasthan for the New Year’s. Reacting to the reports, the MP told Calcutta Times that the affairs of her private life are not for the public and refused to comment any further stating that people have always put her on trial. She said, “The affairs of my private life are not for the public. People have always put me on trial. But this time, I am not going to comment. People can only judge me for my work as an actor and nothing else. Be it good, bad or ugly, it is my personal life and I am not going to share it with anyone.”
Meanwhile, as Nusrat Jahan reacted, Yash also responded to rumours of him growing close to the actress. He said that he has no clue about Nusrat Jahan’s personal life with her husband Nikhil. And, Yash also did not mention anything about going on a trip to Rajasthan with her. Dasgupta said, “I go on road trips every year and this time I went to Rajasthan. Anyone can make a trip there, right? And as far as Nusrat’s marriage is concerned, I have no clue about her personal problems. Please ask the concerned person about it."
Talking about Nusrat Jahan and Nikhil Jain’s married life, the couple tied the knot on June 19, 2019. They had an intimate wedding ceremony in Turkey. And, the couple later hosted a wedding reception in Kolkata, which was reportedly also attended by Kolkata Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
