Tamil actor Vishnu Vishal and badminton player Jwala Gutta tied the knot on April 22, 2021 amidst the COVID-19 pandemic in presence of their families and close friends. After pre-wedding festivities- mehendi and sangeet, the duo continues to look stunning during their wedding reception. Giving a ditch to the traditional lehenga and sherwani or suits, the newly married chose outfits that were chic yet thoroughly suiting the occasion. While Jwala wore a pink sequined lehenga with a dash of silver having a metallic effect, paired with one shoulder blouse in similar combination.
She let her hair down styled in soft waves, and chose sparkling diamond jewellery such as choker necklace, bracelet and earrings. The stunning outfit donned by Jwala was designed by Amit Aggarwal, the designer shared some of the pics of the bride on his Instagram handle. Meanwhile, the groom Vishnu Vishal chose an all black number for the reception. He was seen in Chinese collar shirt in black with a bronze-gold border from his neck to his chest, paired with black straight fit pants. He wore black pair of smart shoes for the wedding reception.
Amit Aggarwal posting a picture of the bride in his creation wrote in his caption, "A powerful moulded bodice and a contemporary lehenga that spoke of modern Indian craftsmanship, rendered in a fuchsia, a colour that’s feminine yet echoes strength, came to life."
