BTS’s fandom, ARMY, is currently experiencing bittersweet moments as the boy band is gearing up to wrap up their solo projects since they will be going off to their military service soon. With the band’s oldest member, Kim Seokjin aka Jin, getting ready to depart, there has been a lot of buzz around what the other members have in store for their fans.

If the recent reports are to be believed, BTS’ V, aka Kim Taehyung, is looking at acting jobs. According to various Korean media reports, V is planning to release his solo album and is also showing interest in acting activities. While there is no official confirmation of the same, if he does take up an acting job, it will mark his return as an actor after 2016. For the unversed, he impressed the audience with his acting chops in Hwarang: The Warrior Poet alongside actors Park Seo-joon, Park Hyung-Sik, Choi Woo-shik, and Peakboy. The group that calls itself 'The Wooga Squad' had recently gone out on a four-day friendcation trip to Goseong, South Korea. Their entire trip was documented as a reality show titled In The Soop: Friendcation.


The report has sent his fans into a frenzy as they have started speculating on the perfect character for him to portray. While many wondered if he might be a part of Lee Jung-jae's Squid Game 2, others want to watch him as a CEO or even a gangster. Talking about the other members of the BTS, Jin recently released his first solo album, The Astronaut, as an ode to the ARMY, where he promised them he would be back soon. The other members of the septet – RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, and Jungkook are currently working on their upcoming solo albums. In a statement released by BTS’ management company, BigHit Music, the boy band will reconvene as a unit in 2025 after their service commitment.
