Bollywood actor Salman Khan is currently over the moon. The trailer of his upcoming movie Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is receiving much love from the audience, however, the actor has a threat looming over his head. He has been in the headlines ever since, the actor has received threatening emails from Lawrence Bishnoi and his gang. Earlier on Tuesday morning, it was reported that the Mumbai police had received a fresh death threat call on Monday night. The caller had threatened to kill the actor on April 30.

If recent reports by ETimes are to be believed, the cops have now detained a 16-year-old boy from Thane district. A resident of Rajasthan, the minor caller was caught after receiving technical help. The report states that they had tracked the call to a number based in Shahapur in Thane. As per the update by the Mumbai police, there is no seriousness in the call. The media publication has quoted the Mumbai police saying, “The caller who called the Mumbai Police Control in the context of threatening actor Salman Khan was taken into custody. The caller who made the threat call is a minor. There is no seriousness in this call. The entire ordeal happened days after it was reported that he had purchased a high-end bulletproof Nissan Patrol SUV for security reasons. Last month, it was reported that the Mumbai police had beefed up Salman’s security after he had received threatening emails from Bishnoi and his acquaintances. Two Assistant Police Inspector (API)-rank officers and 8-10 constables became a part of Salman’s security detail 24/7. Taking extra precautions, the officials had also asked the fans not to gather outside Salman’s residence-cum-office in Galaxy Apartments in suburban Bandra.

 On the work front, Salman Khan has a family entertainer Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan and the spy-action thriller Tiger 3 in his pipeline.
