In the past we had seen actress Deepika Padukone opening up about her battle against depression.  Unlike other stars who supported causes which spoke about uplifting of women and underprivileged ones in the society, Dippy still continuous to advocate about mental health during her several interactions. Actor Sushant Singh Rajput losing his battle against depression, is making star urge people to take care of themselves and talk to someone and seek advice in such difficult times, instead to opting for some extreme ways out of it. 

South actress Khushbu Sundar in her tweet also confessed of going through depression. Continuing in her tweet she also spilled the beans of thinking about opting for options of ending her life. But she fought against it by attaining control over her mind and did not let it defeat and destroy her. Ultimately rising much stronger giving a befitting reply to those who desired her to fail and wanted her to end her life, these words of the actress are surely encouraging. 

Her tweet read, “Everyone goes through upheaval n depression. I would be lying if I say I haven’t. I did and wanted to end all. But I fought the demons in my head bcoz I wanted to prove I am stronger than them. Stronger than those who wanted to fail me. Stronger than those who waited for my end.”
