Varun Dhawan, who has been enjoying a break from his busy shooting schedule, and the actor has been enjoying his break with his family. The Bawaal actor was spotted with his elder brother, director Rohit Dhawan on Thursday, November 9, 2023, evening as they stepped out for a cricket session.
The 36-year-old actor was spotted in Mumbai’s Juhu, during a cricket match and he arrived with his elder brother Rohit. The two were even seen playing cricket with some of their friends.
Meanwhile, a slew of pictures have been going viral on the internet and fans cannot get over them. Well, from the looks of it, the two seem to be enjoying their time together as they bond over cricket.
For the outing, Varun looked cool in a casual team full-sleeve t-shirt. The actor completed his look with a pair of black gym shorts, a cap, and a pair of printed white sports sneakers. Rohit Dhawan, on the other hand, looked comfy in a white t-shirt, a pair of black gym shorts, and a matching cap.
On the professional front, Varun Dhawan was last seen in Bawaal, and the Nitesh Tiwari directorial also featured Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead. The actor was seen in the role of a narcissistic small-town man.
Varun is also set to make his web series debut soon with the Indian spin-off of Citadel, the celebrated espionage thriller show. Helmed by Raj and DK, the project stars popular South Indian star Samantha Ruth Prabhu as the female lead. The highly anticipated series is expected to hit the screens by the first quarter of 2024.
On the other hand, Varun is currently busy with the shooting of his 18th outing in Bollywood and it has been tentatively titled as VD 18. The project is bankrolled by Jawan director Atlee and helmed by Tamil director Kalees.
National award-winning actress Keerthy Suresh is making her Bollywood debut, as the female lead of VD 18. Wamiqa Gabbi is playing a pivotal role in the movie which is slated to release in the Summer of 2024, reported Pinkvilla.
