Virat Kohli has rubbished reports about having a cricket pitch built at his Alibaug property. The cricketer took to his Instagram handle and broke his silence on reports claiming that the 35-year-old actor is keen to have a new addition to his property. 

Taking to his IG stories, Virat shared that such a report of him wanting to have a cricket pitch is untrue. Virat wrote: "Bachpan se jo akhbaar Padha hai, wo bhi fake news chaapne laga ab."

Kohli’s reaction comes after some reports claimed that he and his wifey, Anushka Sharma visited their under-constructed property at Alibaug.

The reports also suggest that the celebrity duo has asked the architect to build a minimalistic farmhouse at their property and reportedly asked them to keep their focus on maintaining lush greenery. However, the was Virat Kohli’s alleged demands that grabbed everyone’s attention. Both the husband and wifey have kept a close eye on all the construction going on and gave valuable instructions to the architects about the same.

On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, reports claimed that Virat Kohli and his wifey, Anushka Sharma bought 8 acres of land near Zirad in Alibaug, which cost them a whopping price tag of Rs. 19 crores 24 lakhs and 50 thousand.

Well, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are considered to be the power couple of Bollywood. The duo never shies away from mesmerising their fans with their fairy-tale love life. The couple tied the knot in 2017 and welcomed their first child with Vamika in 2021.
