The Indian cricket team skipper made a post and revealed his daughter’s name. The couple named their daughter Vamika Kohli. While in quarantine, Virat Kohli decided to have a quick Q&A session with his fans. The Indian cricket team skipper made a post on his Instagram stories and wrote, “In Quarantine..ask me your questions, let’s go”
Taking to his Instagram stories, the Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper revealed the meaning behind his daughter’s name during a Q&A session. During the question and answer session, one fan asked Kohli, “What is the meaning of Vamika, How is she?” The fan added, “Can we see a glimpse of her please.” Answering the fan’s first question, Virat revealed the meaning behind Vamika’s name. He said, “Vamika is another name for Goddess Durga.” The cricketer then addressed the fan’s request of wanting to see a glimpse of Vamika. Virat Kohli replied, “No we have decided as a couple to not expose our child to social media before she has an understanding of what social media is and can make her own choice.”
