The 2015 Punjabi film 'Dhee Punjab Di' that spoke
about the Punjab drug epidemic had been cleared without an objection.
How does that happen? One film can openly talk about the drug menace in the
state and get cleared by the board but the other one that deals with a similar
topic is suggested 89 cuts and edits...including the reference to and removal
of any mention of Punjab.
