Bigg Boss 11 controversies don’t seem to end.
In the recent episode, Priyank Sharma and Sapna Chowdhry
were seen discussing a legal matter of fellow contestant Arshi Khan.

Following which, now Arshi Khan's publicist has issued a
statement and is spreading across various media houses claiming to do an FIR
against the channel (Colors) and production house (Endemol), under provisions
concerning dignity of women in legally privileged and protected cases.
This is what his statement reads:
To Colors / Endemol:
Dear Sir /Madam,
On behalf of Arshi Khan, whose publicist, legal adviser
and manager I have been for the last 3 years, and her family, please
consider this SMS or What's app message as a notice regarding certain footage
concerning pending police cases/matters concerning Arshi Khan which
are sub judice.
The law requires that a woman detained by police
allegedly or supposedly in a PITA case, her identity must be kept a secret and
not disclosed publicly through any medium.

The law requires that the dignity of the victim woman
must be protected at all cost.
However, it has become a TRP tool and Arshi Khan the
victim woman who is not aware of her legal privilege vis a vis these matters as
well as her legal right not to self implicate herself is being
"used".
Colors and Endemol have allowed and permitted telecast of
such sub judice, legally privileged matters in the current season of Bigg Boss
without adding clarification or disclaimer.
Arshi Khan is not aware of her legal rights as an
accused/witness in these matters.

Colors is using such privileged or protected issues for
financial gain and TRPs at the cost of the dignity of a female contestant.
The matters have got widely reported in the media,
particularly after the telecasted fight between Arshi and Sapna last night and
Priyank's disclosure in the BB House wherein he was given undue favor/privilege
by getting access to the outside world.
The Goa issue was fake news published by an unknown
website & an FIR is already registered last year at Oshiwara police station
u/s 509 IPC.
Please remedy the situation immediately within 24
hours with an official written statement to diffuse the bias and legal
prejudice caused to Arshi Khan.
I would like to meet my client ASAP in private as per the
convenience of the channel to update her regarding her legal privilege in these
police matters. Please do the needful.

SpotboyE.com contacted Colors to confirm the news, to
which they said that the channel has not received any mail, message or notice
yet from Arshi Khan’s publicist.
This is not the first time when Bigg Boss 11 has been in
legal trouble. Before this, Ex contestant Zubair Khan also filed a complaint
against Salman Khan for defaming him on national television.
Coming back to Arshi Khan, recently news about Arshi being married to a
50-year-old man and lying about her age also surfaced.
As far as this legal issue is concerned, let’s see what
development takes place.
