At the launch of Karan Johar and Rohit Shetty’s reality show, India’s Next Superstars, KJo hinted a patch-up with Kangana Ranaut when he said that if the channel calls Ms. Ranaut to be a celebrity judge on the show, he will definitely welcome her on the show.
And guess what? The channel has already gone ahead and offered Kangana to be a part of the show and the actress has accepted the offer too.
Confirming the news to Mumbai Mirror, Kangana said, "I am looking forward to being on the show. It is a professional commitment for which I'm being paid. What is delightful is that Karan is okay with doing the show with me and seems to be slowly warming up to me,"

For those who’ve come in late, Kangana Ranaut rubbed Karan Johar the wrong way when she appeared on his chat show, Koffee With Karan, last year. She tagged him as the flag bearer of Nepotism in the industry. Kangana’s statement created a huge controversy and debate in Bollywood for a long time, where many actors gave their opinions on it.
Post this, Karan and Kangana avoided each other at many instances, the most recent one being Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma’s wedding reception in Mumbai, where Kangana literally ran off on seeing Karan at the red carpet.
But with this latest development, we think another patch-up is in the pipeline (if the celebs decide to go beyond professionalism and extend an olive branch). Karan and Kajol also mend bridges last year, after the two best friends had a public fall-out.
