Former Bollywood actor and self-acclaimed critic Kamaal Rashid Khan who is popularly also known as KRK was arrested by Mumbai police on Tuesday. He landed in legal soup for his 2020 case involving his tweets over late actors Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor. 

However, the news of his arrest went viral on Tuesday morning, and it has ultimately sparked a meme fest on Twitter and several Bollywood fans and internet users shared funny memes and hilarious reactions posts about the same.

For the unversed, KRK was arrested for making derogatory comments over Rishi Kapoor and Irrfan Khan’s sad demise in April 2020. He was arrested for the same after he landed in Mumbai from Dubai. 













The Malad police said they had booked KRK under various sections of the Indian Penal Code including 153 (giving provocation with intent to cause riot), 500 (punishment for defamation), and several provisions of the Information Technology Act, as reported by India.com. 

The Malad police were informed about KRK’s arrival on Monday after which they nabbed him from the airport.

KRK is known to make controversial tweets against Bollywood celebrities and movies. He often writes against Aamir Khan, Karan Johar and others. The self-acclaimed critic often targets Bollywood celebs and also makes personal attacks on them in his posts on Twitter. 

While most celebs pay no heed to KRK or what he does on social media, Taapsee Pannu was recently asked to comment on his tweet against the film industry and she called him a termite who ‘destroys the very fibre of the base they are standing on.’
