DC Films’ fans who usually celebrate any glimpse dropped by the makers to the core, were seen slamming the latest image dropped on social media as Aquaman 2 went on floors. While the image had a clapboard placed on the floor with the backdrop of the ice cave, director James Wan tweeted, “Day One. #aquaman2.” This got fans reacting to the image, mentioning boycotting the movie as the movie also stars Amber Heard. As the teaser look came amidst her legal battle with her ex-husband Johnny Depp.
Hence, fans were seen asking the makers to remove the actress from the cast, the actress has admitted hitting Depp, also there were allegations that her ex-husband was abusive when they were in wedlock. Fans slamming the makers to get Amber on board tweeted “I couldn’t care less that ‘Aquaman 2’ has started filming, and I won’t care until they fire Amber Heard.” Another user Tweeted, “So lemme get this straight..... WB/DC fired Ray Fisher for speaking out about the abuse and toxicity he endured, they’re seemingly replacing [Henry] Cavill, but they’re keeping the abuser Amber Heard and worst actress alive in ‘Aquaman 2’??”
