Sharing her experience of working on the song, Neha stated, “It’s all about being sassy yet classy. #OotPatangi is all that I can relate to. No matter what I achieve in life, I sing folk songs like I sing in movies but I’ll always be a pop star at heart. I love pop music and #OotPatangi is a kind of a song I can sing anytime and every time it’s my kinda song and I’m in love with it’s lyrics it’s composition it’s beats. It’s all about love and friendship. Talking about her #OotPatangi memories, Bhasin stated, “If I start talking about my Oot Patangi mischiefs, there will be a book on it. From bunking the classes, eating during lectures, giggling and every possible mischief you can imagine have done all of it.
