The first day business of Indra Kumar’s Total Dhamaal had already set the pace and now, with the day two numbers, the picture gets clearer, TOTAL DHAMAAL HAI BOSS!

It’s Total Dhamaal Indeed For This Ajay Devgn-Madhuri Dixit-Anil Kapoor Starrer At Box Office On Day 2
The multi-starrer rib-tickling comedy Total Dhamaal that stars Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh and Arshad Warsi started off on a good note at the box office. It did a business of Rs 16 crore and that set the pace for this entertainer. Now, with the second day numbers, we can very well say that the movie is standing true to its title, and is on its way for some DHAMAAL at the ticket windows.

According to Box Office India, Total Dhamaal has raked in Rs 20 crore on its second day and that’s a good boost. The jump has especially happened in places like Mumbai, Delhi, Punjab and Mysore where the collections were average on day one. In just its first two days, Total Dhamaal has registered a business of Rs 36 crore and if it continues to maintain the tempo even on Sunday, then it could be amongst the movies with the highest first weekend business of the year.


While, the audience seems to be enjoying the flavour of this comic flick, critics haven’t taken too kindly to the movie. SpotboyE.com Editor Vickey Lalwani rated the film 1.5 stars and was quite disappointed with it showcasing absolutely NO Dhamaal. Even with such poor reviews, Indra Kumar’s comedy has managed to tickle the funny bones of the audiences as is evident from the box office business so far. Now let’s see how much does it manage to collect in the first weekend.
