Anushka Sharma has been the talk of the town ever since her debut production OTT show Paatal Lok released on Amazon Prime Video. The 9-episode show which was and is still being applauded by one and all has also been embroiled in the controversy for multiple reasons. The controversies escalated so much that once a BJP MLA Nandkishor Gurjar had asked Indian skipper Virat Kohli to divorce his wife, actress and Paatal Lok’s producer Anushka Sharma. For the unversed, Nandkishor Gurjar had filed a complaint against the actress for using his picture in the show, without his consent.

Later, during his interview with Newsroom Post, Gurjar was heard suggesting Virat of separating from her in the last week of the May. He had then said, "Virat Kohli desh bhakt hai, desh k liye khele hai. Anushka ko talak de dena chahiye (Virat is a nationalist as he has played for the nation, he should divorce Anushka).” Now almost after 10 days, last night we saw #VirushkaDivorce in the topmost trends of Twitter. Yes, that’s right!
