Ira Khan opened up on beating depression in her recent ‘Ask Me Anything’ session on Instagram
Aamir Khans’ daughter Ira Khan often takes to her Instagram account to interact with her followers about the importance of mental health. The Perfectionist’s daughter today afternoon conducted an ‘Ask Me Anything’ session, where she answered most of the questions. Like always, she also spoke about depression, this was followed by the star kid being asked how she battled depression. A fan wrote, “How did you beat depression?” Replying to this, she dropped a video elaborating on how she managed to beat depression.
Ira mentioned when one battles depression they should know what they like and what they don’t, the same applies when it comes to a person as well, in terms of whom they like and whom they don’t. Only then one will try to live the life they want. In the video, she is heard saying, “Get to know yourself. Figure out what you like, what you don't like. Who you like, who you don't like and what you want and then you'll try and start to live your life that way. I think.” Sharing the video with #mentalhealth.
