Bollywood actor Aamir Khan doesn’t leave any stone unturned when it comes to getting under the skin of his onscreen characters. From gaining weight, seen in his blockbuster movie Dangal, to sporting a leaner and fit physique in the same flick, he just leaves his fans impressed all the time. Now, an old video of the Dhoom 3 actor has gone viral, as he sweats it out in the gym. This video has got his daughter, Ira Khan’s attention too.
Sharing a snapshot of the video of her father working out on her INSTA Stories, she wrote on it, “What is that exercise?” The video has Aamir on the bench with his upper body suspended in the air while he lifts heavyweight dumbbells. This video belongs to the time when Perfectionist Khan was preparing for his role in the action thriller, Dhoom 3. The video was posted by Aamir Khan’s trainer for Dhoom 3 on his Instagram account.
In a long caption, he explained the benefits of this heavy-duty workout and was also seen trying his hands at it. A part of his caption read, “This exercise is just TOO good for rocking the core on chest day while also working on functional strength..” Take a look at Ira Khan’s INSTA Stories below-
