Ileana captioned it as: "Shameless & I refuse to change."
The images see Ileana clinging to Andrew's leg, with a smile on her face while he looks on exasperated.
And it looks like she is daring the trolls to spew venom again.
For those who've come in late, Ileana had openly spoken about sexual harrasment a few days back and opened up about being a victim of eve-teasing on Twitter.
When trolls questioned her, she hit back at them.
Ileana is currently shooting for Mubarakan opposite Arjun Kapoor. The film also stars Anil Kapoor, and Suniel Shetty's daughter Athiya who made her Bollywood debut in Salman Khan produced Hero which was directed by Nikhil Advani. Ileana's other release this year will be Ajay Devgn starrer Baadshaho.
