Jalebi actress Rhea Chakraborty was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) today in regards to the drugs angle in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case, as reported by Republic. Rhea’s arrest comes just after her brother Showik Chakraborty was arrested by the NCB recently, along with a few others involved in the SSR case. After Rhea Chakraborty’s 2009 tweet about a girl who served a jail sentence in narcotics trafficking surfaces. Rhea was arrested by the NCB today in regards to the drugs angle in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case, as reported by Republic.

On Twitter, Rhea Chakraborty made a tweet talking about a horrifying story that she came across about a girl being arrested for her involvement in narcotics trafficking. The old tweet made by Rhea dates back to November 19, 2009, and was shared at 8: 10 PM. Now, after Rhea Chakraborty’s arrest, her old tweet has gone viral on the internet.

Rhea Chakraborty had tweeted, “just stepped out of a weird scary engrossing story of an Indian girl ....who served 4 n a half year jail sentence for narcotics trafficking,” The actress spoke about how she stepped out of a weird and scary engrossing story of an Indian girl. She then went on to mention in her tweet that the engrossing story was about a girl who served 4 and a half years of a jail sentence for narcotics trafficking.

Meanwhile, Rhea Chakraborty’s arrest comes after the NCB investigated the drugs angle in the Sushant Singh Rajput case. It was the Enforcement Directorate investigating the money laundering angle who shared WhatsApp conversations accessed from Rhea’s phone of her ‘use and dealing’ with drugs. The NCB has arrested Rhea Chakraborty, brother Showik Chakraborty, SSR’s house manager Samuel Miranda, and SSR’s housekeeper Dipesh Sawant in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case drug angle.
