Akshay Kumar Gets TROLLED For Coping Bhuvan Bam Aka BB Ki Vines Joke In Cuttputlli; Netizen Says, ‘Itna Ganda Kaise Koi Copy Kar Sakta’
Reddit users troll Akshay Kumar after they pointed out that his film 'Cuttputlli' has copied a joke from Bhuvan Bam aka BB Ki Vines
Akshay Kumar’s latest release ‘Cuttputlli’ is garnering mixed reactions from audiences and critics alike. Directed by Ranjit Tiwari, the film which is a remake of the 2018 Tamil film ‘Ratsasan’, saw Khiladi Kumar playing an aspiring filmmaker who ends up becoming a cop. ‘Cuttputlli’ has grabbed eyeballs on Reddit with many users pointing out that the mystery-thriller has copied jokes from comedian Bhuvan Bam, widely known for BB Ki Vines.
They have shared a clip where the actor is delivering dialogue about valuing people in life and it reminded many netizens of Bhuvan's skit. In the scene, Akshay said, “First comes God, then the parents, then your siblings, relatives, friends, neighbours and then comes the teacher.” Replying to this, Rakul Preet Singh asked, “Don't you have dogs at home? You could put them on the list as well.”
The particular scene from the film reminded many of Bhuvan's skit. Sharing the video, one user wrote, “Lagta hai Akshay Kumar bhi BB ka bada fan hai.” Another said, “Copy thodi inspiration hai.” In fact, some users also badly trolled the 54-year-old actor for coping the BB Ki Vines jokes in his film. One comment read, "Bollywood walo ne proof kardiya ki copy karane ki limit nahi hoti movie ki script to copy ki hai ab joke bhi khudke nahi dalenge."
Meanwhile, Cuttputlli was released on 2nd September on Disney+ Hotstar. The film comes less than a month after Akshay’s family drama Raksha Bandhan hit the theatres. Ranjit Tiwari’s directorial is Kumar’s fourth release of this year after Bachchhan Paandey, Samrat Prithviraj & Raksha Bandhan.
